You may give us this information when you contact us, schedule a call, send a resume, or speak with a recruiter. We may also collect publicly available professional information, such as information from LinkedIn.

How we use it. We use your information to contact you about job opportunities or searches, schedule interviews and calls, present candidates to hiring clients with the candidate’s permission, and run our business.

Sharing. We share candidate information with prospective employers only in connection with a specific opportunity the candidate has discussed with us. We use service providers, such as our recruiting software, email, and phone systems, to operate our business. We do not share or sell personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.

Text messaging. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about opportunities, scheduling, or questions you’ve asked us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jason@atsalisearch.com.
